Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Service

NPCtrips is a digital platform providing travel booking services. We do not ship physical products. This policy outlines how we deliver our digital services and travel-related documentation.

All services are delivered electronically through email, SMS, and in-app notifications. No physical delivery or shipping is involved.

2. Service Delivery Timeline

2.1 Booking Confirmation

2.2 Travel Documents

Complete travel documents including:

Delivery Time: Within 24-48 hours of booking confirmation, or 7 days before trip departure (whichever is earlier)

2.3 Pre-Trip Reminders

  • 7 days before: Trip reminder with preparation checklist
  • 3 days before: Weather update and final instructions
  • 1 day before: Pickup details and agency contact confirmation

3. Delivery Methods

3.1 Email Delivery

All booking confirmations, travel documents, and updates are sent to your registered email address. Please ensure your email is correct and check your spam folder if you don't receive communications.

3.2 In-App Notifications

Important updates are also available in the "My Bookings" section of your NPCtrips account. You can access all your travel documents anytime through the app.

3.3 SMS Alerts

Critical information like booking confirmation, payment status, and last-minute changes are sent via SMS to your registered mobile number.

3.4 WhatsApp Updates (Optional)

If you opt-in, you can receive booking updates and communicate with agencies via WhatsApp for faster response.

4. Physical Items (If Applicable)

4.1 Travel Kits

Some premium batches may include physical travel kits (branded merchandise, welcome kits, etc.). These are provided by the travel agency directly at the pickup point or during the trip.

4.2 Tickets and Passes

Physical tickets (if required) are typically:

  • Provided by the agency at pickup point
  • Sent via courier to your address (for international trips)
  • Available as e-tickets (most common)

4.3 Merchandise Orders

If you purchase NPCtrips merchandise separately, standard shipping terms apply:

  • Delivery within 5-7 business days for metro cities
  • 7-10 business days for other locations
  • Tracking information provided via email

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Email Not Received

If you don't receive booking confirmation within 15 minutes:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Verify your email address in account settings
  3. Check "My Bookings" in the app
  4. Contact support if still not received

5.2 Incorrect Information

If you notice any errors in your booking confirmation or travel documents, contact us immediately at support@npctrips.com or through the in-app chat.

5.3 Technical Issues

In rare cases of technical issues preventing document delivery, our support team will manually send all required information within 2-4 hours.

6. Document Access

6.1 Download Options

All travel documents can be:

  • Downloaded as PDF from your account
  • Printed for offline access
  • Saved to your device for offline viewing
  • Shared with co-travelers

6.2 Offline Access

We recommend downloading your travel documents before the trip for offline access, especially if traveling to areas with limited internet connectivity.

7. Communication Preferences

You can manage your communication preferences in account settings:

  • Email notifications (booking updates, offers)
  • SMS alerts (critical updates only)
  • Push notifications (app alerts)
  • WhatsApp updates (opt-in)

Note: Transactional messages (booking confirmations, payment receipts) cannot be disabled as they are essential for service delivery.

8. International Bookings

For international trips:

  • All documents delivered electronically (same as domestic)
  • Visa assistance information provided separately
  • Additional documents (travel insurance, forex info) sent 15 days before departure
  • Embassy/consulate contact details included
