1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NPCtrips ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Platform.

NPCtrips is a marketplace platform that connects travelers with verified travel agencies for group travel experiences ("Batches"). We act as an intermediary and are not directly responsible for the services provided by travel agencies.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration: To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Account Types: We offer two types of accounts - Traveler accounts and Agency accounts. Each has different rights and responsibilities as outlined in these terms.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking Process: When you book a batch through our Platform, you enter into a direct contract with the travel agency offering that batch. NPCtrips facilitates the booking but is not a party to the contract.

3.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your complete payment card details.

3.3 Pricing: Prices displayed on the Platform are set by travel agencies and may be subject to change. The final price will be confirmed before payment.

3.4 Service Fee: NPCtrips may charge a service fee for facilitating bookings. This will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking.

4. NPC Coin Rewards Program

4.1 Earning Coins: Users can earn NPC Coins through our referral program. 1 NPC Coin = ₹2 discount value.

4.2 Using Coins: Coins can be used for discounts on bookings, up to a maximum of 20% of the booking amount.

4.3 Expiry: NPC Coins expire 1 year from the date of earning.

4.4 Non-Transferable: Coins are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy: Each travel agency sets its own cancellation policy. Please review the specific cancellation terms before booking.

5.2 Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the agency's policy and may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

5.3 Platform Fee: Service fees charged by NPCtrips are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled by the agency.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or agencies
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Engage in any form of automated data collection (scraping)

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content: All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NPCtrips or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 User Content: By posting content on the Platform (reviews, photos, etc.), you grant NPCtrips a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Role: NPCtrips acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the actual travel services provided by agencies.

8.2 No Warranties: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.3 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, NPCtrips' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

9.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9.3 Arbitration: We encourage users to resolve disputes through our customer support before pursuing legal action.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
